All about renting a studio

You enter all reservations in the occupancy calendar. There is no limit to how long in advance you can book an office. Cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the start of the booked appointment. It is not systemically possible to cancel less than 24 hours before the start of the booked appointment and it is paid in full.​

At the beginning of the month, you receive an invoice for the consumption of the previous month. It applies to natural and legal persons. Since we are not liable for VAT, the advertised price is also the final price.
